TNT Automotive Inc. was started in 1997 by Terry Howard, a lifelong Sparks, NV resident. We are family owned and operated with skilled technicians to provide our customer with the best experience possible. Terry graduated from Reed High School in 1981 and attended TMCC with studies in automotive and welding. His automotive career started in 1979 with Arlen Krupp of Big O Tires and advanced to working for Yuill Bros Performance where he became an accomplished engine machinist and ended up managing the machine shop until their closing in 1993. For the next four year he became a heavy equipment mechanic specializing in cranes and hydraulic systems. Always getting called out of town and not seeing the kids grow up was the turning point that lead to the opening of TNT Automotive Inc. Having been handed down an old Ford diesel F250 from his father, he recognized that there weren't any shops specialized in Light Duty Diesel Repair. This became the focus of his time and devotion - to become the "BEST" in offering repair/service solutions for Domestic Light Duty Diesels. In 2012 we moved into our new 15,000 sf facility where the TNT team have become experts at all forms of light duty diesel repair and truck service. This encompasses every aspect from state of the art front end alignment and brake shop, to the new Common Rail Fuel Injector and Pump Test Stand. TNT now has the ability to test not only the fuel injectors, but also the fuel injection pumps that previously had to be shipped out of state. TNT is proud to announce it has become a Bosch Factory Authorized Diesel Service Center as well as being a long time NAPA Auto care Service Center with it's "PEACE OF MIND WARRANTY" coast to coast.
